Who we are

mailcraft.work is run by UCS Care Group Limited, registered in England & Wales, company no. 15067831, registered office 2 Deansgate, Bolton, BL1 1BR. We are the controller of the personal data described here. To ask anything about it, email business@mailcraft.work.

What we collect, why, and for how long

When you use the contact form

We collect your name, organisation, work email, role, the number of mailboxes if you give it, and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to talk about MailCraft for Business.

• Lawful basis: legitimate interests. You've asked us to get in touch, and replying is what you'd expect.
• Where it goes: the form sends one email to our shared mailbox in Microsoft 365. Microsoft processes it for us. It is not stored anywhere else.
• How long: we keep enquiry emails for 2 years from our last contact with you, then delete them.
• Logs: the form records one line per enquiry with the time and the role you chose, and nothing you typed, so we can count enquiries.

Analytics, only if you agree

If you choose Accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to learn which pages are read and which downloads are chosen. It records the pages you view, roughly where you are (country and city), your device and browser type, the site that sent you, and a few events: a download clicked, a switch between the Personal and Business sides, a contact form sent (not what was in it) and a docs search (not what you searched for).

• Lawful basis: your consent. Nothing loads from Google until you accept, and you can change your mind at any time from Cookie settings.
• Who processes it: Google, as our processor. Google may transfer data to the United States under the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (the UK–US data bridge).
• Settings: Google signals and ad personalisation are off, we don't send user IDs or anything you type, and data is kept for 14 months. The analytics cookies last up to 13 months.

Your cookie choice

We store your answer to the cookie question in one cookie on this site, so we don't ask again. It is strictly necessary and holds nothing else. See the cookie policy.

Serving the website

The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Like any web server, it handles your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and keep the service secure. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.

What we don't do

We don't sell personal data, show adverts, or load anything from another company before you've chosen. Fonts and images on this site come from this site.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email business@mailcraft.work. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
